Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.How You’ll Make an ImpactEstablish metrics, create data visualizations and outline ETL needsExtract, clean and engineer data for readiness and accuracyInterpret information, develop hypotheses and recommend analytical approachesUtilize advanced visualization tools to deliver customer-ready reportsPresent findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and presentationsFoster effective partnerships with cross functional teamsWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experienceExperience5+ years of relevant technical or business work experienceSkillsDemonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and present dataAbility to make decisions and solve problems under pressureProven ability to prioritize and organize effectivelyProficiency in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principlesProficiency in SQL, Python or RUnderstanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization toolsEffective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers#LI-JV1 CSU385 2026-84030 CSU385 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.The base pay for this position generally is between $81,800.00 and $131,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
