This is a business you own, not a job we're filling. Goodwin Recruiting partners are independent business owners who build and run their own recruiting practices on Goodwin's platform. Goodwin funds the tools, the business launch, and the infrastructure. You run the desk, and no one caps what it earns.

If you recruit at an agency today, here's the honest comparison. You already do this work. At your firm, the percentage was set before you arrived, it tops out no matter how much you bill, and someone else sets your desk, your territory, and your targets. Going solo would fix that, but it means funding your own tools, legal, and accounting before you bill a dollar. This is the middle ground: Goodwin funds the tools and runs the back office, the billing, the collections, the admin, so those setup costs never land on you.
