Responsibilities for a GED Teacher include but are not limited to:
Plan and deliver instructional lessons covering key High School Equivalency core subjects, including Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
Utilize effective teaching strategies and classroom management skills to provide clear directions, explanations, and support to adult learners.
Manage course materials, student assessments, and clear communication using Microsoft Office and integrated instructional technology.
Foster an inclusive, cross-culturally sensitive learning environment tailored to students from diverse educational and background experiences.
Candidates for GED Teacher must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Teaching, or a related field required.
Native-like fluency in written and spoken English, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
3 years of teaching experience in High School Equivalency / adult education strongly preferred.
Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and technology integration skills (bilingual proficiency is a plus).

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
