Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing or handling an onsite customer, ideally in a remote/offshore delivery model
Hands-on familiarity with one or more of the following: ZTNA, CASB, DLP, SSPM, WAF, SWG, CFW, SFTP, MFP
Experience operating within a defined support-hours model (e.g., 20x6) with on-call responsibilities for major incidents
Strong understanding of policy enforcement, monitoring, and anomaly detection within enterprise security tooling
Ability to interpret and comply with SOW/contractual service requirements (e.g., cross-functional service attachments, tool requirement schedules)
Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Support model: 20x6, with on-call availability for Major Incidents during off-hours
