Salesforce Developer

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain advanced Salesforce customizations using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Modernize legacy Visualforce pages by rebuilding features in Lightning Web Components.
• Implement secure, scalable access models using Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, and role-based configurations.

Automation & Flow Optimization

• Architect and maintain complex automation using Record-Triggered, Screen, Autolaunched, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.
• Migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders into modern, scalable Flow architecture.
• Consolidate and streamline automation to reduce complexity, improve maintainability, and enhance system performance.

Systems Integration

(Updated with Twilio experience)

• Lead end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as Jira, Project Insight, Twilio, and other CRMs.
• Build custom integrations using REST & SOAP APIs, Webhooks, Future Methods, Queueable Apex, and Outbound Callouts.
• Implement Twilio integrations using Webhooks and Platform Events, enabling real-time messaging, event-driven workflows, and scalable communication automation between Salesforce and Twilio.
• Engineer secure inbound and outbound web service classes that maintain high data consistency and reliability.
• Develop bi-directional integrations using Webhooks and Platform Events to support asynchronous, real-time communication pipelines.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Develop automation test scenarios and maintain high-quality, well-documented test classes.

System Administration & Configuration

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, roles, and external user access models.
• Build and manage dashboards, reports, custom metadata, and Experience Cloud components.
• Use tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, Postman, Git/GitHub, and Change Sets for development, deployments, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Needs Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex, SOQL/SOSL
  • Lightning Web Components
  • Salesforce Flows
  • REST/SOAP integrations, Webhooks, Platform Events
  • Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled)
• Experience with real-time, event-driven integrations such as Twilio Webhooks + Platform Events.
• Deep understanding of debugging tools including Debug Logs and Checkpoints.

Preferred

• Experience in multi-org consolidation and migration projects.
• Experience building reusable frameworks and scalable architectural patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and external user management.
