AFPA trains and certifies Certified Franchise Advisors (CFAs) through a structured, self-paced program with live coaching and ongoing professional development, removing traditional high-fee and gatekeeping barriers. Advisors receive exclusive, intent-scored leads each month, enabling meaningful conversations with candidates genuinely interested in franchise ownership. Franchisors benefit from a flat-fee, transparent growth model with equal visibility, qualified introductions, and data-driven insights. Role Description The Technical Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, drafting job postings, and maintaining a structured and efficient interview pipeline. The role involves building and nurturing talent pipelines, leveraging multiple channels for candidate outreach, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The Technical Recruiter will also contribute to recruiting analytics, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives to support AFPA’s growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Candidates should possess Technical Recruiting experience, with the ability to understand technical requirements and match candidates to specialized roles.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional verbal interaction, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring processes, including coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and supporting structured, fair selection decisions.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
\n
• Experience recruiting for technology-focused or startup environments is beneficial.
\n
• Ability to work on-site in Independence, OH and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
\n
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and basic recruiting analytics is advantageous.
